Referral Service
Ohio Pipe Rescue is a free referral service that helps homeowners connect with independent local plumbing providers. We do not perform plumbing work ourselves and are not a licensed contractor.
Independent Providers
All contractors and providers available through our service are independent businesses. Ohio Pipe Rescue does not employ, warrant, guarantee, or supervise any work performed by these providers.
Homeowner Responsibility
It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that any hired provider has the necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance required for the work being performed before work begins.
No Cost to Connect
There is no cost to use our connection line to speak with an agent. Independent providers charge their own rates for any physical plumbing diagnostic or repair services rendered.
Limitation of Liability
Ohio Pipe Rescue is not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from work performed by independent providers. All claims must be directed to the provider who performed the work.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
